The location was pretty good. It was easy enough to get around from there.

The room was not great. The shower had mold, and parts of the room were falling apart. I saw the headboard coming loose. It definitely does not look like a 4-star hotel. Maybe a 3-star.

the staff was super friendly and helpful. eric, the concierge, were very good. he left my daughter and i a few times and a beautiful handwritten note. parking was also super easy, literally across the street, and they validate your ticket, which saves you money!

the elevators were busy in the morning with people checking out or getting breakfast.

I appreciated the helpful staff I found them attentive to requests. The location was useful I could easily access nearby attractions. Complimentary umbrellas were available this was very convenient. I also enjoyed the downstairs restaurant because it stayed open until 11 pm.

The rooms were small this made sharing space somewhat difficult. I also noticed that there was no coffee machine in the room. The facility fee was hefty I am not sure what specific facilities it covered. I also found the air conditioning units were in poor condition the room did not cool quickly.

my stay included complimentary wine and cheese each evening it was a good touch after exploring the city i spent several hours in the fitness center the treadmills worked very well the hotel provides complimentary breakfast each morning it included a variety of options. i found these amenities particularly comforting. the fitness options are excellent.

the hallway carpeting had visible stains . it needs replacement. i hope this will be addressed soon as it detracts from the overall experience. the stains were quite noticeable.

I found the location very convenient. The staff showed amazing hospitality and accommodated my needs. I was happy to receive complimentary wine and cheese, available in the afternoon.

I noticed that the room lacked drawers for storing clothes. I had to keep my belongings in my luggage . This was a minor inconvenience given the other positive aspects.

The Serafina restaurant was great, I enjoyed it with my family. The rooms looked modern, also they were clean. Dee and Cristina provided amazing service to me. I enjoyed the cheese and wine at 5pm, it was very good.

There were no drawers in my room. I kept my items in my cases.
